CrossFit BrickYard is a CrossFit affiliated gym with an emphasis on human health, fitness and wellness. Your membership here will give you the availability to try new -- and be trained properly in -- workouts that range from quick olympic lifting moves (cleans, snatches, jerks….) to long endurance workouts and everything in between. This will all be done in our 16,000 sqft brand new fitness facility.
You will also have the opportunity to do activities as a group outside the gym including runs (5k to marathons), CrossFit competitions, sports leagues, group outings, happy hour, and many more.
We also offer nutrition plans based on your age, weight, height and goals, written by Michele Matyschsyk, Ph.D, that will give you the results that you have been looking for! If you are looking to get in the best shape of your life and have fun doing it, CrossFit BrickYard is your next stop!
