                                DB reverse Flies (or crossover symmetry) x 10            
                                Ring Support x 30 seconds            
    Then:

 Back Squat: 5,4,3,2,1                
(10 Min)    Snatch Push Press + Snatch Balance: (1+1) x 5                
(15 Min)    Snatch: 3,3,3,2,2,2,1,1,1. Stay lighter and snappy.
